YFP Programs
- 77th 1 Gang Reduction & Youth Development (GRYD): Funded by the city of Los Angeles Mayor’s office to provide comprehensive gang reduction and youth development to youth ages 10-15 years of age in the Crenshaw Corridor.
- 77th 3 Gang Reduction & Youth Development (GRYD): Funded by the city of Los Angeles Mayor’s office to provide comprehensive gang reduction and youth development to youth ages 10-15 years of age in South Los Angeles.
- National Youth Project Using Minibikes (NYPUM): non-traditional highly rigorous program providing 12-16 hrs of service per week. NYPUM cultivates critical thinking and exhilarates academic & social skills. More…
- Gang Intervention: Funded by Los Angeles County Probation Department to provide intervention services to probationary youth ages 14-18 years old in South Los Angeles.
- Parent Project: A court approved curriculum designed to empower, educate, and provide skills necessary to deal with at risk or high risk youth.
- ASK- PAS (Prevention Aftercare Services): In collaboration and partnership with Shields for Families, Inc. and contracted by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to provide services within SPA 6. This program is a one stop resource center providing the community with referral linkages to vocational training, job development, High School Equivalency, legal referral services, parenting courses, anger management, computer training, food bank, shelter and housing assistance.
